If money was deducted but the order failed, it is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Most orders are delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Eligible products can be returned within the return window shown on the product page. Raise a return request from My Orders.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item passes quality check.
